Caribe on the Beach is the next chapter of innovative condominium design. The third major coastal project of developer Larry Wireman will take the resort community in a new direction. Along with his partner Nathan Cox, his team of designers, and World-renowned architect Forrest Daniell, they have designed a new landmark resort.
Combining elements of Wireman's Caribe Resort and Turquoise Place, his team has set a new standard for others to emulate. Architect Forrest Daniell has met the challenge of Wireman's team to create this unique design.
In keeping with Caribe Resort's standards, the owners and guests of Caribe on the Beach will enjoy accommodations and amenities that are "Unlike Any Other."

Orange Beach isn’t just a vacation destination - it’s a lifestyle. Once a hidden local treasure, this coastal town has expanded into a thriving tourist community with amenities along the whitest sand beaches in the world. Caribe on the Beach will be the newest addition to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Caribe on the Beach will be near many of the area’s famous attractions including the OWA Theme Park, which has the second longest roller coaster ride in the United States, and The Wharf, which hosts great dining, shopping, major concerts, and local events each year. Caribe on the Beach is minutes from the Flora-Bama, which is touted as being America's "Last Great Roadhouse" and home of the annual Mullet Toss Festival.
